Node.js project-1

I have implemented the Node.js, MongoDB, express and bootstrap material into a project. Implemented MVC folder structure for the project I am trying to deploy the project onto cloud server of Heroku, I am logged by a lot of errors, on which I am making efforts to clear them very soon. I have committed my code to GitHub.
